Ravinder has called Waterloo Region home for twenty-plus years — long enough to watch Kitchener's warehouses become tech offices, Waterloo's farmland become family neighbourhoods, and the LRT stitch it all together. When she became licensed in 2017, she didn't have to learn the market. She'd been living it.
